The location was great, just a short walk from York Minster, and I really appreciated having a coffee maker, a fridge, and an oven in the room.

Responsive owners/managers with good communication. Secure parking and soundproofed rooms. Luxurious and clean apartment with everything you need for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Inn. the location was perfect, with everything York has to offer just a short walk away. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen. the hosts, Jo and Phil, provided exceptional service and were always there to assist us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Serenity Inn to anyone looking for a break from the ordinary. 10 out of 10 for us!

I had an exceptional stay at this apartment in York. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore all that the city has to offer without needing to use my car. The apartment itself was fantastic, with high-quality decoration and luxurious amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Molton Brown toiletries and good quality bedding were a nice touch. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. I was also impressed with the attention to detail from the hosts, Phil & Jo, who kept in touch throughout my stay and even provided a bottle of fizz as a welcome gift. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

the apartment was absolutely fantastic! the quality, decoration, and location exceeded our expectations. we didn't even need to use our car because it was so close to everything York has to offer. the bed was super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the attention to detail, from Molton Brown toiletries to good quality bedding, was top-notch. we highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Serenity Inn in York for three days and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I booked, the owner Jo was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure all my requirements were met. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped, with luxurious furnishings and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with great shops, bars, and restaurants just a quick walk away. Loved the well-thought-out layout and extra touches, such as utensils, cleaning products, and media apps like Netflix. The Bluetooth speaker system and added robes/towels/soaps were a nice touch. Perfect location and exceptional service from Jo & Phil. a well-equipped and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is just perfect , close to the centre of town but still gives you the feeling of being in a village. the room was immaculate and had all the homely touches you would expect in a luxury hotel suite. the bathroom was clean and well, equipped with all the necessary amenities. the service provided by the owners, Jo and Phil, was exceptional , they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress, free. the added bonus of free secure parking on site was greatly appreciated. a fantastic place to stay!

There were plenty of great pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It was a high-standard accommodation with all the necessary amenities.

The ventilation system in the apartment could be improved as it got stuffy at times. Cooking breakfast resulted in the apartment filling with smoke, and there was limited airflow from only one window.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the city centre and offers easy access to all that York has to offer. It feels like you are in a peaceful village, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the service provided by the hosts is exceptional, with good communication and assistance whenever needed. the apartment is equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix.
